EndorphinGirl™ has it. Has what you ask? The new challenge that is. It will soon be underway. The new challenge idea is thanks to one of her long-time, childhood friends, KerMoGa who suggested it to her. The challenge is called the Whole Life Challenge. Now that sounds large. Large it may sound, but only participating in it will tell.
The Whole Life Challenge, or WLC is an 8-week challenge. The WLC was started a number of years ago by some cool-appearing- whole-life-living gurus. It is run several times in a year. The next one starts on September 13th, and EndorphinGirl™ is goign to 'take the challenge'. Hoot, hoot. Finally, finally, finally a new challenge!
The primary premise of the WLC is to make small but impactful and sustainable changes in the way you live. It focuses on five areas: nutrition (aka food), workout (aka exercise), mobilize (aka stretching), supplement (aka vitamins and homeopathic measures) and lifestyle (aka everything else we do in our daily routines).
It is set up as a game with what seems like a simple but effective point system. The other ‘players’ are those who have signed up as well. Participants have access to the ‘board’ (aka on-line dashboard) meaning they can see how others are doing. The key to remember is that you are not ‘competing’ against others, rather you are ‘challenging’yourself. The’ board’ is transparent so you can share your progress, encourage yourself and, get/give positive feedback to the other ‘participants’. This is right up EndorphinGirl™’s proverbially ally!
KerMoGa has recruited EndorphinGirl™. EndorphinGirl™ by way of this blog is 'sharing' the WLC in case bloggees may be interested to do it as well. If so, then EndorphinGirl™ can say she is a ‘recruiter’ too. Hahaha, that is an inside blog joke for anyone who gets it!
Okay, okay enough joking around. Let’s get back to the challenge – included here is the link https://game.wholelifechallenge.com/wlcfall14/hub . Bloggees, you have 3 days to decide if you are interested to 'take the challenge'. If you are interested to join, do let EndorphinGirl™ know so she can send some good endorphin’ wishes your way either on the 'board' or off. No matter what you decide, may the endorphin’ force be with you.
It seems that this may be enough blogging for one evening. So without further ado, EndorphinGirl™ will leave you with an image courtesy of EndorphinGirl™’s son.
Meanwhile til next time, guest comments still always welcomed in guestbook and keep on endorhin’.
