EndorphinGirl™ was recently spotted in The Vitamin Shoppe
on the corner of First and 14th. Rumor is she is really pamppampering (i.e., pampering) for the marathon. Taking care of self, exercising, sleeping more, etc.

also has it that they’re back and not only back but back in town. At least some of them – yes
the one and only(ies) Adreena Lin, Vita Min and Sera Tonin. They are (perhaps secretly) in town for a few weeks for a powwow session - pre-half marathon extravaganza? One can only assess
there is a ‘secret’ something going on here, related to perhaps half marathon training? Don’t know? Okay, well really it’s sort of clear because it’s been a bit tricky to get
some real details and info for today’s blog from the ‘girl’, she’s been too busy doing other things.
So let’s go with this. The Vitamin Shoppe sighting was of EndorphinGirl™ skipping up and down the store aisles of ‘The Shoppe' (no doubt the skipping was part of her training) looking at various vitamin nourishing and enhancing items. One in particular that caught her eye was Endorush®. How funny is that? Yes, okay you can agree, that’s pretty funny! Now this is a drink that increases something, maybe performance, maybe endurance, whatever that means. So while she hasn’t done any real research on the product, it is probably NOT the type of enhancer EndorphinGirl™ goes for, but she was intrigued anyway and moreso by the first 5 letters of the product! It also does 'state' the words 'finish first' on the packaging!!
Okay what else? Let’s get back to the clandestine gathering of some highly energetic and happy friends. Do you recall the influence this subset of Endorphin Friends has? If not, no worry, let’s do a recap. Adreena Lina has always been full of en-er-gy, since she and EndorphinGirl™ first met when they were in their 20’s - she was the one working nearby when EndorphinGirl™ used to pull those all-nighters day-in-day-out at yesnikcm; Sera Tonin, a childhood friend brings back nothing but happy dappy childhood memories, from really early on, perhaps even dating back to Barbie doll days (hmm seems an EndorphinGirl™ Barbie doll could be a good idea – hold that thought for another blog topic); and Vita Min, aka awesome pharmacist, who has known EndorphinGirl™ since birth through her parents - Vita has always provided a good dose of vitamin suggestions for all of her running nourishment, aches and pains.
The half marathon is quickly approaching, there is an assembly of some very coolness every-day yet ‘high-profile’ type ‘sports-relevant-related-friends’ in town, The Vitamin Shoppe is a topic in the blog, what gives? Okay, well let’s leave it up to bloggee to draw a conclusion.
