EndorphinGirl™ is feeling ‘beachy’ again this week as you will see in this week’s image, which is drawn courtesy of EndorphinDaughter™!  As mentioned in last week’s blog, EndorphinGirl™ is on work travels so her prediction has come true and she has not managed to properly blog.  She can however say that today she did manage to add one more country to her ROC resume.  In fact today she has reached day 230 of ROCing and completed ROCing in her 5th country.  Only 135 days and 5 more countries to go to complete her annual ROCing challenge.

And the EndorphinGirl™ /EndorphinDaughter™  combo are also on a roll and have been sticking to their weekly Sunday night 4 miler running in the streets of New York City.  They may need to do it in different places this Sunday, but so be it!
