Apologies in advance for today’s short blog. Post 4th of July fatigue has set in. Well with all that firecracking going on yesterday, what can bloggees expect? And EndorphinGirl™ apparently needs to do some housecleaning this evening because fatigued or otherwise allegedly the team is coming to town. Yes, bloggee you know – the team. The team is the one and only team of Vita Min and Sera Tonin and Adrena Lin. They are all coming to town for a New York vacation sometime soon. Thank goodness because endorphins are low and a dose of Vita Min and Sera Tonin and Adrena Lin will be appreciated.
Rumor has it they are really coming to cheer on EndorphinDaughter this Sunday when she does the “Color Run”. Yes, the Color Run which is a really colorful way to get endorphed! According to the sponsor’s site “The Color Run™, also known as the Happiest 5k on the Planet, is a unique paint race that celebrates healthiness, happiness, individuality, and giving back to the community.” The run is in its second or third year and is ‘run’ in many cities through the U.S. Runners are encouraged to wear white t-shirts, which turn completely colorful as does everywhere else on the body by the end of the race. At each one kilometer stop runners are doused in paint colors so by the end of the race they are completely colorful. This is a link to their website http://thecolorrun.com/about/.
The purpose of the run is to promote healthy living while also having fun. There is also a charity component to it. The ‘run’ sponsors identify a charity in each city where the run takes places and donate some proceeds to that charity. EndorphinGirl™ is mildly regretting as she is sitting here blogging that she will not be doing the Color Run alongside EndorphinDaughter. But on the other hand given fatigue has set in due to all that firecracking yesterday, it’s probably both a good thing she is not running this weekend and that the girls will be back in town (i.e., Vita, Sera and Adrena).

Until next time guest comments always welcome in guestbook and keep on endorphin’.
