It just might be possible.  It just might be true.  There are some real signs of EndorphinGirl™ happenings.  Is she back.  Is the blog back?  Well buckle your blog belt and hang on, because she thinks this evening her blogging may be prolific, or not.  J  Whichever way the blogging turns out, it doesn’t matter because it seems that she is back.

Ah, where to begin.  EndorphinGramps has gone to heaven.  It has been quite a sad time for EndorphinGirl™ and her family.  However, she knows she is one of the lucky ones.  She has been blessed with her EndorphinDad for many, many wonderful years.  He has been an inspiration in ways she hopes he left the world knowing.  He was a one of a kind act.  He has left EndorphinGirl™ and her family with so many wonderful memories, some that even include endorphin’.  He is sorely missed, and at the same time he lives on in the EndorphinFamily’s hearts forever!

EndorphinGramps as you can say he was known to the EndorphinKids and EndorphinDad as you can say he was known to EndorphinGirl™ (did you follow that) is probably the first endorphin' person in the family.  He was known in his NJ town ‘as one of the walkers’ clocking thousands of miles over an extended period of daily walks – as EndorphinGirl™ blogged in the past.  And EndorphinGirl™ has other endorphin memories of her Dad as well (he was a serious ‘stationery rower’ for instance.  But most of all, his endorphin rubbed off on EndorphinGirl™ (and her offspring), and she has been able to do some serious endorphin' projects in her life.  Not the least of which her ROCing (run-one-club) has evolved into over 170 days of running at least one-mile-a-day.  And the ROCing has been a significantly important part of her daily regiment particularly during these past months that she had with her EndorphinDad.  She is forever grateful to her EndorphinDad.  Love!

EndorphinGirl™ is otherwise back with a few ‘official’ endorphin' events during the month of June.  There are two in particular to mention.  The first one is a 5K walk on Randall’s Island which is a walk in recognition of brain cancer awareness.  The EndorphinGirl™  family is walking in honor of EndorphinDad.  So if any bloggees are interested to join, let EndorphinGirl™  know.  She will be happy to include you in their official Team Duffy group and you will receive a Team Duffy t-shirt.  The second event is a 10K run in Central Park together with EndorphinGirl™ ’s daughter (aka EndorphinDaughter).  They have not run a long distance together since last year’s half marathon.  The 10K will take place in Central Park, yes the one in NY.  EndorphinGirl™  is excited to be running together with her favorite daughter! 

Speaking of her favorite daughter, she will be ‘officially’ home for the summer and once again working for that really cool running store that you may remember was mentioned in a previous blog.  And speaking of jobs, EndorphinGirl™ ’s son just started his first job.  This is big, he is busboy-ing in a very cool local restaurant.  EndorphinKids are getting their endorphin’ this summer by working hard.  What more could an EndorphinGirl™  mom ask for!  J.  Okay perhaps they also deserve the long summer break they will soon start.  They have both worked incredibly hard during the past academic year.  Feeling proud!

Well this blog has not been too prolific, but it has been an important one for her to write.  Before signing off, EndorphinGirl™  will leave you with an image courtesy of her son.  The image shows her in ‘travel’ mindset.  The theme is partly related to the fact that she is writing this from a foreign destination where she is staying for the work week.  The theme is otherwise partly related to the fact that she is anticipating a fun summer of travel.
