EndorphinGirl™ has been thinking this week about Hurricane Sandy and how hard it is to believe a year has passed since she came ‘storming’ through her hometown and surrounding areas. While she and her family are lucky enough to not have lingering damage and annoyances, there are so many who may never have life back as they knew it. Life as you know it can change so quickly for so many different reasons. That reminds EndorphinGirl™ how grateful she is for life as she knows it. Even the simple things. Like her daily routines which she is appreciating even more now having recently returned from several weeks of travels. The travels for business or pleasure are always fun, but life as you know it with regular routines and schedules – well as she knows it is appreciated even more when you step away from it for a few weeks. So let it be said!
What does this have to do with endorphins? Hmm? Not sure, but EndorphinGirl™ felt like blogging this!
So how is the endorphin’ going? Well in further thinking about this EndorphinGirl™ realizes that there is after all an endorphin connection to the above paragraphs. That is
that the endorphin routines are in fact really getting back on schedule. EndorphinGirl™ has completed a
successful
week of gym or workout activity every morning this week. Yes, she said every morning! In addition, she is back CitiBiking to/fro work and doing regular long walks. So it
is back to routines as she knows it. Yay!
Truth be told she still has not come up with her next mega endorphin activity. There are ideas, as she has repeatedly blogged but it is just making that endorphin decision. Now that she is getting back to her routines perhaps the indecisiveness will turn to decisive. Well it must, and it will!
For now, EndorphinGirl™ will blog off but first this week’s blog image is EndorphinGirl™ getting ready for Halloween; image courtesy of EndorphinGirl™ ’s son.
Until next time, EndorphinGirl™ is sending some life as you know good wishes to one and all. And of course, guest comments always welcome in guestbook and keep on endorphin’.
