Fall is in the air.  It’s lovely endorphin weather. More brisk walking and CitiBiking is taking place. Such a pleasure in this weather.  Un-weather-related - last night one of EndorphinGirl™’s favorite endorphin pastimes happend and included the return of the yoga instructor who started it all for her.  The Monday night yoga class was led by Yogi Julie.  There was a rumour a few blogs back that Julie might be returning.  The rumour started when she showed up to join a class one night but found herself subbing because the 'regular' Yogi instructor was not there.  And the rumour mentioned a Fall return, possibly!  Well the 2-year wait [she has been on maternity leave (she is forgiven)] is up and she is back.  Last night’s yoga class was spectacular. It is truly amazing the difference in how you feel after the class with Julie versus another yoga instructor.  EndorphinGirl™ is happy, oh so happy she is back.  EndorphinGirl™ is bendy again!

This is truly the ‘week of returns’.  The next return is in relation to endorphin’ by laughter. He’s back.  One of the all-time favorite funny actors of EndorphinGirl™ is Michael J. Fox.  She recalls back in the day when she had her first single pad on the UES.  Religiously every Sunday night (no pun intended) she would be home at 8 p.m. with her pizza (2 slices / one Sicilian & one pepperoni) and Pepsi (with straw) and plop herself down on the mat in front of the TV (it was black & white and did not have a remote, seriously) snd watch Family Ties.  It was a happy routine she lived way back.  It made her relax – he made her laugh.  She was endorphin’ back then through laughter too.  And he is back with his own show, in fact this week.  She will be endorphin-watching & laughing later this week! 

The new BIG ‘endorphin challenge’ is still ‘under contemplation’.  Meanwhile, she is shredding, still trying anyway!  She made a confusion in the last blog stating two inconsistencies about how far she is with this shred.  In fact she is up to Level 1, Day 8.  Actually as soon as she finishes blogging she will tackle Day 8!

Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall.  Yes as noted above it is now the Fall season.  Entering this season, marks the beginning of the end of Year 1.  You see EndorphinGirl™ just passed the 9 month anniversary of the EndorphinGirl™ blog.  Pretty cool. That one year anniversary is so near!  Pretty cool. She is planning a little EndorphinGirl™ gathering in commemoration of ‘the anniversary’ with the galpals from childhood who
unknowingly were part of the launch.  You see they were visiting EndorphinFamily pad the day the first blog went to
blog-press. That will be an endorphin' gathering!!!  Stay tuned!
