EndorphinGirl™  does not know what to blog about this Tuesday.  Of course she will provide an update on the Whole Life Challenge, but she is mulling over what else she will blog about.  Stay tuned for that because she will now launch into this week’s challenge update.

The WLC is going pretty well.  Week number one ended with a mild hiccup because this past Friday evening she was out celebrating the wedding of one of her two Godsons.  This past sentence sparked an idea and is a good segue of what she will blog about in addition to the WLC.  Yes, she is taking a minor paragraph detour to blog about the wedding; she will come back to the WLC in the paragraph after the next paragraph.  J Did you get all that?

The hiccup was a good one in that the celebration was a ton of fun.  She and Jack Steel travelled outside the city to attend a beautiful service and then a happy celebration.  The celebration entailed dancing like she did back in the hood.  Ah, did she mention that some of her good friend’s from the hood, the InHood were also at the wedding.  In fact one is the mother of the groom.  Laughing and Sloop-like dancing with long-time friends (she refuses to say old) is one of the best ways to get endorped!  They were all in a happy endorphin state.  Ah and the bride and groom – an adorable couple.  While EndorphinGirl™ lost a few WLC points that evening, it was worth it.  On the other hand she danced so much she thinks she should gain a few WLC points!

Otherwise, the WLC is going pretty well.  The twice-daily stretching is almost starting to become routine, and she is more aware of her eating habits in a really positive way.  And the back-to-the-gym activity is endorphin heaven!  Week two is off to a good start.  The days are going quickly.  The weeks are going quickly.  Week eight will be upon EndorphinGirl™ and EndorphinSister™ before they know it.  EndorphinSister™ by the way is kicking some butt! Endorphin on!

Another quickly approaching deadline is the conclusion of the year-long ROCing.  EndorphinGirl is at Day 297 of ROCing, she is officially less than 100 days away from completing the ROC year challenge.  Keep it moving! Keep it moving!  Keep it moving!

On that note, this week’s image, courtesy of EndorphinSon™ pictures EndorphinGirl™ after completing her daily ROC.

Blogging off for now, until next time guest comments always welcome in guestbook and keep on endorphin’.
