EndorphinGirl™ has just returned from a trip out West where she and Jack Steel spent a week in Big Sky horseback riding. What an adventure it was. It included some serious horseback riding which required so so much endorphin’. Ah if only all of those miles she rode on the horse, up and down steep mountains, and across the beautiful prairie, after prairie, after prairie, could count towards her runtheedge http://www.runtheedge.com/ challenge. But nah! All of those ‘out West’ miles were done via horse, not via her ‘stems’. So technically the horse can claim the ‘mileage’. Now thinking about this, wouldn’t that be a call ‘runtheedge’ challenge. Perhaps 2016 will be the year that EndorphinGirl™ will launch the 2016 ‘runtheedge’ horseback riding challenge. Something to ponder.
EndorphinGirl™ is looking forward to posting the September ‘runtheedge’ collective mileage. They really are inching towards the 2015 goal of 2,015 miles. After September, only Q4 is left to accomplish this challenge. Hoot, hoot! They will so nail this.
The EndorphinKids™ are AT IT. The IT is the ongoing successful training for the respective Detroit marathon and the LBI 18-miler, which are quickly approaching. They are ready to run their respective challenges. They are so ready. However, the question remains as to whether EndorphinGirl™ is ‘ready to run’ the LBI 18-miler. The Endorphins are looking forward to adding this mileage to the runtheedge challenge next month. Stay tuned!
With two seniors in the house, the Endorphins have been super busy. EndorphinGirl™ therefore has been a bit lax with her weekly blogging. Again! And even this evening she is keeping her blog short. However, thanks to one of the EndorphinKids (i.e., son) there are two pictures to post this week, one specifically for the miss post last week and one specifically related to her 'horse whispering'. Ah she means horseback riding challenge!. Thank you EndoprhinKido. Meanwhile, enjoy the images and until next time keep on endorphin’.
