Truth be told it is already Saturday morning and this blog has just been posted on the Friday blog spot.  Last evening upon arrival home from a busy workday and overall hectic few weeks EndorphinGirl™  found herself securely 'positioned' on - perhaps one could say fastened to - the couch.  As she attempted several times to un-position (unfasten?) from the couch to write her blog she would instead get sleepy and doze off. This happened numerous times throughout the evening until finally she was encouraged by her EndorphinSon to go to bed.  As she scurried into her bedroom to bed, EndorphinSon was rather perplexed when he saw on the front of the t-shirt she was wearing a bold CP printed in bright orange.  He realized it could represent nothing other than Couch Potato!  EndorphinGirl™  had a moment of couch potato-ness last evening!  And ah so he thought to himself, good for his EndorphinGirl™ mom to give those endorphins a break!

And what a difference a day makes (and for that matter some sleep too!).  At this writing, EndorphinGirl™  has already been to her Saturday morning workout with the 16th Street Workout Gals led by "Gym the trainer" aka the hunter!  Workout as always was awesomeness as it's a combination of working hard and having fun in good company!  There is a tradition that follows the workout which may have been blogged before which is coffee at the local Starbucks.  The Saturday workout starts a little later (at 6am) with coffee to follow, which typically adds another 2 hours to the morning!  Really good stuff!  So while the endorphins were 'couched' last night they are back in force today!  Yes, what a difference a day makes!

Thanksgiving week is ahead of us, the Endorphin family is so happy to have EndorphinDaughter home this week.  Just a few more days and she will be here.  It will no doubt be an endorphin filled week on so many levels!  There is so much to be thankful for including being able to endorph!
