EndorphinGirl™  has three siblings.  She is in the third order of sibling hierarchy.  Yes that is topic for another time, maybe?  Her siblings are all born in the same zodiac ‘sign’, which is Scorpio. She is not.  Yes that is topic for another time, maybe?  Characteristics are given to people in each of the different zodiac ‘signs’.  She provides this characteristic for the Scorpios in particular, which is borrowed from the mydaily horoscope website November 1^st post:  “Scorpio is about metamorphosis. Scorpios transform the painful poisons of possessive passion into a higher consciousness based on universal love.”    

Yes, EndorphinGirl™  can attest that she has seen her siblings transform in different ways and transform things.  And also that they carry a lot of that love.  Universal love.  This is evidenced in the unconditional love they give out.  Okay so she is not going to go down the road of the mushy blog.  Rather she is pointing out that since they are all born in the same sign, there is a common thread.  And she is writing about this because there is a "Scorpios" breakfast this Sunday.  Oh wait, scratch that, she meant to say there is a Sibling breakfast this Sunday.    

There is a very big connection to endorphins in all of this.  You see when the siblings get together, just the four of them, which doesn’t happen often enough, there is laughter.  There is much laughter.  There is much much laughter.  She is really looking forward to seeing Dunkin(g)D (that second D is for Donald and not Donut).  DunkinD did a lot of bball dunkin(g) in the day and rumor has it that he enjoys his DunkinDonut coffee these days.  And Pizzazzy Patti will join too.  She has always been full of that pizzazz stuff like spirit and vitality and style and flair.  That pizzazz is in everything she does!  And last but not least Mr. Marathon Mark will be in attendance as well.  The youngest and he gets an ‘honorific’ in front of his name.  Just because!  Yeah he is the real runner of the siblings, despite EndorphinGirl™ s attempts!  He is almost halfway through the first 25 states in his marathon conquest.  The EndorphinSiblingTrio - yes they are all endorphins in their own right!    

So this weekend there will be a fun breakfast gathering of the siblings.  There will be a lot of endorphins attained through no doubt what is going to be a lot of shared laughter!

On another note EndorphinGirl™  and Jack Steel had a chance to go to a benefit at the Big Apple Circus’ opening night this week to honor the circus’ charity organization called clown care.  The clown care organization is dedicated to providing humor to ill children in pediatric facilities around the world.  Check out their link:  http://www.bigapplecircus.org/clown-care

EndorphinGirl™  and Jack Steel were surrounded by clowns during the cocktail reception, dinner and select big top acts.  It was an inspiring evening to again be reminded of the impact of laughter and how humor can help heal.  Ah those endorphins are so powerful in many ways.

And finally, Halloween has come and gone.  It was a rather disappointing showing of ghosts and ghouls and goblins.  EndorphinGirl™ not only got limited trick or treaters ringing the doorbell for treats or to share a trick, she was also left with all that candy that was supposed to be shared!  Guess who is going to be eating all that extra candy.  There will be some extra endorphin exercise required this weekend!
