Time.  One of the most valuable things to possess in the opinion of EndrophinGirl is time.  We all own it, we don’t really know how much of it we truly have, but we all do have it.  And hopefully will spend it wisely.  Certainly we’ve heard
at one time or another that most famous expression to live ‘one day at a time’.  Yet it’s clearly easy to lose track of time.  EndorphinGirl does try to live in an endorphin-state one day at a time, but of course her time can also be mildly
lost when she gets involved in other daily activities, perhaps of less desire.  But any idea of lost time is not a good state for her to be in.  She’s best when she focuses on the one-day-at-a-time approach because it’s here where the endorphins get the best of her.

No matter her state or any bloggee's position on time, no one can get away from it.  It comes up in every aspect of a day, in any activity really.  There is wake-up time, breakfast time, work time or school time, hopefully nap time, lunch time, play time, break time, maybe time out, hopefully down time, work-out time, dinner time, and bed time.

Then there are the times that happen more sporadically such as those time reminders to self which are necessary for things such as “time costs you nothing but it costs you everything” or to “take time to smell the roses” or “that there is no time like the present”.  And if you are into sports there is “game time” and maybe “half time”.  And hopefully everyone gets to frequently experience both play and vacation time.

As valuable as it is, time can also shed some annoyance.  Such as when you are in the middle of a great workout and it’s time to stop because you are running out of time because you need to do good time management so you can get to the next thing you have to make time for.  Got that?  Or when someone seems to be killing time, or passing time.  Huh? Why would someone want to kill or pass time?

And that time management thing is so overplayed. While EndorphinGirl gets the whole time management idea, truly she does.  She also wonders how anyone can really live one day at a time without time management.  Really!  Without management of your time, there is no time to function or do anything?  At the end of every day, everyone's time has been managed, well in one way or another, like it or not.  And if the time is being a wasted, how can one not remember there is always time for an endorphin activity. Just sayin’.

So the fact that EndrophinGirl just spent about an hour’s time blogging about time, bloggee may think she’s a wasting
time.  On the contrary, EndorphinGirl feels the time has been well spent blogging about time, she is endorphed by blogging.  It happens every time!

It is really now time to sign off.  EndorphinGirl's daughter just walked through the door; she is home for a week's time.  It's winter break.

But still time for one more thing - - -  Okay okay never mind blog time’s truly up.  Tea time with daughter is about to happen. Then it’s bed time.

Until next time (aha that time word again) keep on endorphin’!
