EndorphinGirl™ has started the challenge. The Whole Life Challenge (aka WLC) that she blogged about last time; thanks again KerMoGa for the recommendation.
She is 4 days into week one of eight. And she is feeling good. The best part for her so far is the required 10 minutes of ‘mobilizing’ (aka stretching) every day. Her routine is to do 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes before bedtime. She is feeling stretchy and stretched.
Oh and EndorphinGirl™ has recruited EndorphinSister™ to join the challenge and she is onboard as well. Yeah! She too is off to a spanking good start! Keep it up EndorphinSisters™!
The back to the gym thing is also working out quite nicely. It was long overdue, but EndorphinGirl™ has been pushing herself (literally) out of bed before dawn to get back on that elliptical trainer, and Stairmaster, and rowing machine. Game on. Again!
She is a bit overtired this week (and it’s only Tuesday) so she is going to get some good endorphin rest this evening and turn in early.
