EndorphinGirl™ wishes she was writing a proper blog this evening, but she is still in the midst of work travels.  However, during the past week of work travels the organizing committee of the week-long work program has ensured that a lot of endorphin activity has taken place.  This has included a daily dose of workouts with her work comrades.  It has been inspiring.

In addition she has managed to keep ROCing, and it has not been alone.  On more than one occasion, one or more of her work comrades, has joined her for her ROCing.  That has been uber cool.
