It has been a seriously-busy-active-endorphin-generating few months. No matter, there is always time for the EndorphinGirl™ blog. It is a happy priority for EndorhphinGirl™. And it is fun to do for EndorphinGirl™. She generally does not plan in advance what she is going to blog about, rather she lets it flow as she writes through her blogger! For instance, like now. She is in the middle of a very busy Tuesday, which started off without a morning run which she was hoping to accomplish but with a pretty intense ‘abs of steel’ work out. Yay her! The ‘abs of steel’ theme will continue throughout the next month in varied doses. Today it is just to mention she is still working them, hard work it is, but she is working them.
And she finally finally finally, yes finally got back to her Monday night yoga class. The past several Monday’s either because of a ‘Monday-US-holiday’ closing the gym or some other evening event she has been yoga-less. She realized last night the value yoga places in her everyday existence, even if only doing it for that one hour every Monday night. What is good about that one hour, of course in addition to the strrrreeeetching, is that it kick starts the week in a great way and it also reminds her to remember to do extra strrrreeeetching during the week. Without the Monday yoga she sometimes forgets to do more strrrreeeetching during the week.
Last night Yogi Kristen did some extra strrrreeeetching, during the class. The primary-focused poses were pigeon pose and tree pose (standing on one leg). Pigeon pose (aka eka pada rajakapotasana) is a great hip opener and stretches the thighs, groin, back, and psoas as well as opens the chest and shoulders. It feels wonderful. And EndorphinGirl™ loves the tree pose (aka Vrksasana) particularly the balance challenge of it. Some days she can find her inner EndorphinGirl™ and perfect the balance in these moments, like last night. And, other days the balance is off and her inner EndorphinGirl™ is secretly having fun with her tipping her to the left, tipping her to the right!
Speaking of her inner EndorphinGirl™ – EndorphinGirl™ thinks everyone has an inner EndorphinGirl™ within. She lives where YOU find your stuff to keep it
moving. Bloggees have gotten
to meet her inner EndorphinGirl™ through her blog. She’d love to hear from you through comments how your inner EndorphinGirl™ operates. In the weeks
ahead her website will be writing (blogging!) more about the ‘inner EndorphinGirl™’ theme and would love to include your input too. Meanwhile, share your comments as a part
contribution, if your inner EndorphinGirl™ is agreeable? Once more, here is the link to guestbook, for your comments.

Okay, it is a really busy Tuesday, and the day is still not done in terms of things that need to get done, including a visit with an old summer house friend - more on that in another blog - so EndorphinGirl™ is going to ‘blog off’ for now.
Meanwhile, please include your guest comments :) and keep on endorphin’.
