EndorphinGirl™ is just dang blog tired this evening so she is moving to a repeat theme and letting the ‘picture tell a thousand words’.  She has two pictures in fact so this is actually a lot of visual words.  Yes, okay she is being repetitive with her theme, but she is resting her endorphin energy!

In fact, she is otherwise storing her ‘endorphin energy’ for the upcoming 10K on Saturday morning that she and EndorphinDaughter™ are planning to accomplish. EndophinDaughter™ is ready,  But EndorphinGirl™ is not near ready!  She and EndorphinDaughter™  did run 3 miles together on this past Sunday evening, but a 10K it was not.  So she is turning in early this evening to get rested so that she will be ready to crank out a lot of endorphins over the next few days in preparation of the 10K.  She will not disappoint!
