EndorphinGirl™ has returned home from a week of work travels.  It is now time to properly prepare for the festivities of the holidays; she is excited and she realizes that much endorphin’ will need to take place during these next several weeks to keep up with the hectic-ness (new word?) of the season!

She will keep yet another blog short because she saving her blog energy to work on her year-in-review blog; it will be posted sometime on Friday.  Friday will be a special day because the childhood gal pals will come together again for a fun gathering exactly a year after the launch of EndorphinGirl™ and their last gathering!  Pretty cool!

Meanwhile, the December-run-at-least-one-mile-a-day challenge continues and while she is in fact really not yet home, she is blogging from the big airplane, she realizes upon landing one of the first things she will need to do is run, run, run that one-mile.  Ah, but she is committed and she will run; even if it doesn’t look pretty!
